OUR GREENHOUSE

Our greenhouse in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts will primarily produce tomatoes, lettuce, parsley,
and garlic. The tomatoes, garlic, and parsley are grown directly in the soil. The lettuce,
on the other hand, is produced in suspended hydroponic towers, allowing for vertical farming.

The establishment of this passive/high-tech greenhouse prototype will be a major first in Quebec.
This greenhouse will allow us to produce high-quality vegetables year-round, even during
our particularly harsh winters.

Thanks to a harmonious combination of several passive techniques and a state-of-the-art process,
we will be able to offer fresh products to those who are tempted by our "veggies."
