OUR GREENHOUSE

Our Greenhouse in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts will mainly produce tomatoes, lettuce, parsley, and garlic. The tomatoes, garlic, and parsley are grown directly in the soil. The lettuce, on the other hand,
is produced in suspended hydroponic towers, allowing for vertical cultivation.

The installation of this passive / high-tech greenhouse prototype will be a major first in Quebec.
This greenhouse will allow us to produce high-quality vegetables all year round,
even during our particularly harsh winters.

Thanks to a harmonious combination of several passive techniques and a cutting-edge technological process, we will be able to offer fresh products to anyone who wants to be tempted by our “veggies.”
